Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your JOMARCH BEAUTY products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Sale, promotional, or mystery box items are non-returnable.
Process:
Email us at sales.25belle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Shipping fees for returns are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days upon receipt and inspection.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We currently ship within Malaysia, Singapore, and selected international countries.
Delivery Time (After Order is Shipped):
- West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
- East Malaysia: 5–8 working days
- Singapore: 4–8 working days
- International: 7–14 working days (subject to customs)
Shipping Fees:
- Free shipping for orders above RM150 (West Malaysia only) and RM250 (East Malaysia Only).
- Rates calculated at checkout for all other regions
Important Notes:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery delays may occur during festive or peak seasons.
- Ensure all delivery information is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
