1. Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

Yes! Our formulas are made without harmful chemicals like parabens, formaldehyde & formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, SLS, SLES, phthalates, petrolatum, mineral oil, paraffin, cyclic silicones, steroids, artificial fragrance or colouring. All our products are designed to be safe for sensitive skin, including pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor if you have concerns.

2. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. JOMARCH BEAUTY is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and none of our ingredients are derived from animals.

3. Are your ingredients safe?

Absolutely! At JOMARCH BEAUTY, we prioritize your skin’s health and wellbeing. Over 98% of our ingredients are rated EWG Green Grade, which means they fall within the safest levels (score 1–2) on the environmental Working Group (EWG) scale. The EWG (Environmental Working Group) is an independent nonprofit that assesses ingredient safety based on scientific data. A “Green Grade” means an ingredient is:
• Non-toxic
• Gentle on skin and planet
• Free from harmful health risks

In addition to EWG safety ratings, many of our ingredients are also COSMOS, ECOCERT, or NATRUE certified, supporting both skin and planet safety and sustainability.

4. Are your ingredients ethically sourced or upcycled?

Absolutely, all ingredients used in JOMARCH BEAUTY products are responsibly and ethically sourced. We are deeply committed to environmental and social sustainability across our supply chain.

Some of our ingredients are upcycled, which means they are repurposed from by-products of other industries (such as food or agriculture) to reduce waste and environmental impact. For example, instead of discarding nutrient-rich fruit peels or seeds, we use their extracts or oils in our formulations — giving them new life in your skincare!

Additionally, several of our key ingredients come with ECO certifications such as COSMOS, ECOCERT, and NATRUE, ensuring they meet strict global standards for sustainability, safety, and ethical sourcing.

5. Are your products Halal-certified?

While our products are not officially Halal-certified, they contain no animal-derived ingredients, no alcohol, and are formulated to meet the clean beauty standards.

6. What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our products are formulated for all skin types — including sensitive. If you have a known allergy, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list available on each product page. Nevertheless, should irritation or rash occur, we recommend discontinuing use and seek medical advice.

7. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products have a shelf life up to 3 years from the manufacturing date when unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 months for optimal performance.

8. How should I store my skincare products?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. No refrigeration is required.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and ship orders within 2–3 working days. For West Malaysia, delivery takes 2–4 working days. For East Malaysia, please allow 3–7 working days. International delivery varies by destination.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s policies and cost to be paid by the buyer.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your parcel in real-time.

4. Do you accept pre-orders?

Yes, for select products. Pre-order delivery timeframes will be clearly stated on the product page. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will ship together unless requested otherwise.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

2. How do I apply a promo code?

Enter your promo code at checkout before completing your payment. Only one code can be applied per order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. What’s your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products are opened. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at sales.25belle@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

2. I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please reach out at sales.25belle@gmail.com to us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.

SUSTAINABILITY & PACKAGING

1. Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! At JOMARCH BEAUTY, we’re proudly committed to circular beauty — a sustainable approach that minimizes waste and maximizes the lifecycle of both our products and packaging.

Our outer packaging is made from FSC-certified paper and printed with soy ink or vegetable oil-based ink. We’re constantly exploring ways to reduce our footprint while delivering high-performance, skin-loving formulas.

2. Do you offer product refills?
